Relaxing Is Different For Everyone

What I do to relax is walk a lot go to the community center. At the community center I can swim lift weights and have a selection of court sports. So for me relaxing is just trying to keep fit on all levels.

The force of gravity is absolutely the enemy for all of us once we get a little older so it's an uphill struggle many of us as a human race face. Once again try not to use your car walk bike run or take a transit bus I do. The earth as we know it is suffering but together we all can make a difference if we just try. Relaxing for many people and children of all ages is a mental and physical activity. Sometimes just sitting and watching the sunset on the sandy beach works. Or maybe a big bowl of popcorn and a bag of peanut M&Ms while you are watching a movie. Whatever it is to get you comfortable and in your own niche. So don't sit if you want to be fit.
